訂房規則 Booking Policy
- 定金繳款方式 Deposit :
ATM或網路轉帳─049-2802980 可在匯款後約五分鐘,於訂房記錄查詢檢視您的訂單(顯示為已收款),若您已於期限內匯款但訂單仍遭取消,請保留您的匯款明細表,並速與松雪樓櫃檯聯絡(電話)。
ATM or Online Transfer —About five minutes after remittance, users can quickly confirm the order in the reservation record (where it will show as “payment received”). 臨櫃匯款—僅限台銀臨櫃繳款,請列印繳款單,提供繳款單條碼給台銀櫃臺刷條碼繳費,每筆台銀會收手續費10元。若繳費期限為例假日或例假日前一天及繳費期限最後一天15:30以後,請改以ATM或網路轉帳,以免因銀行關帳,造成繳款後訂單仍被系統取消。
Over-the-Counter Remittance — Only allowed via the Bank of Taiwan. Please print out the payment slip and show the slip barcode to the tellers of Bank of Taiwan; a handling fee of NT$10 will be charged for each transaction. If the payment deadline falls on a regular holiday or the day before a regular holiday, or the transaction might be finished after 3:30 p.m. on the last day to make payment, please use an ATM or online transfer instead, to avoid the Bank of Taiwan canceling the transaction leads to the cancelation of reservation by the system.

查詢繳款帳號及列印—登入會員>會員專區>查詢會員歷史訂單資料>訂單後方有「列印」按下即可查詢及列印。
- 請依訂單指定之帳號及金額匯款(勿自行合併不同訂單金額,一個虛擬匯款帳號,只能匯一次,不能重複),並於繳費期限內(訂房後3天內含當天)匯款,逾期請勿繳款,系統將自動取消訂單,並不另行通知。
- 如於住宿前五日(不含當日)預定者,定金請於訂房後當日繳款,逾期請勿繳款,系統將自動取消訂單,並不另行通知。
- 銀行匯款資料為台灣銀行 中興新村分行(銀行代號004),戶名:林務發展及造林基金南投分署406專戶,帳號為訂單成功所產生匯款帳號。
- 匯款1小時後可登入會員並於訂房紀錄查詢檢視您的訂單,若您已於期限內匯款但訂單仍遭取消或錯誤資訊,請保留您的匯款明細表,並與松雪樓櫃台聯絡TEL:049-2802980。
- 使用國旅卡之遊客,於訂房時請選擇"線上刷卡"支付定金,並使用國民旅遊卡繳交定金。
- 國外訂房之遊客,於訂房時請選擇"線上刷卡"支付定金,勿使用"匯款"繳交定金。
- 每一會員使用之帳號訂房,松雪樓以2間客房為限,房間安排係以訂房成立之訂單順序安排。
- 每一會員使用之帳號訂房,滑雪山莊以10人為限。房間由工作人員安排(附贈早晚餐券),會有與他人同住現象(包含不同性別)。
- 線上訂房僅收取定金,請遊客於住宿當日至櫃台繳付餘額(刷卡或現金支付)。
※註1:滑雪山莊屬通鋪房型,盥洗間及廁所在房間外且共用, 並會有與他人同住現象(包含不同性別), 可接受者再行預訂
- Make remittances in accordance with the specific account number and amount listed on the order slip. Do not combine different orders with one remittance since one virtual account represents one specific order. The virtual account can only be remitted once and cannot be duplicated. Make remittance before the payment deadline (within 3 days after making the reservation, including the day of reservation). Do not make payment after the deadline; any attempt of doing so will make the system automatically cancel the order, and no notice will be given of this matter.
- If you make a reservation five days before the stay (excluding the day), please pay the deposit on the day after the reservation. Please do not pay after the deadline, the system will automatically cancel the order without further notice.
- Bank Remittance Information: Bank of Taiwan, Chung Hsin New Village (Zhongxing Xincun) Branch (bank code 004), account name: Forestry Development and Afforestation Fund — Nantou Office 406. The account number is the remittance account number generated by a successful order, which can be found on the payment slip.
- The order status will be refreshed and is ready to be checked in the reservation record 1 hour after completing the remittance. If payment is fulfilled before the deadline, but the order is canceled, or any misinformation occurs, please keep your remittance details and contact the service counter at Songxue Lodge: 049-2802980.
- Tourists who use Taiwan Traveler Card , please choose "online credit card" to pay the deposit when booking a room, and pay the deposit with the Taiwan Traveler Card.
- Tourists who book a room abroad, please choose "online credit card" to pay the deposit when booking a room, do not use "remittance" to pay the deposit.
- When using a Taiwan Traveler Card to make a reservation or making reservations from overseas, do not pay the deposit before calling the counter staff to confirm the order by phone at 049-2802980 before the payment deadline.
- A maximum of 2 rooms can be reserved at the Songxue Lodge per member account. Room arrangements are handled in the order the reservation was received.
- A maximum of 10 persons’ accommodation can be reserved at the Ski Hostel per member account (with complimentary breakfast and dinner vouchers). Rooms are arranged by staff, so visitors may be required to share a room with others (including different genders).
- The online reservation payment is a deposit only. The remaining balance shall be paid at the front desk on the day of arrival (by credit card or cash).
※Note 1: Accommodations in the Ski Hostel are common rooms; the shared restrooms and bathing facilities are outside the sleeping room. Visitors would have to share rooms with other people (including different genders), so please make sure this arrangement is acceptable before booking.
退房規則 Check-out Policy:
- 訂單取消後房間即釋出,如於訂單取消後再行匯款則「訂單不成立」。
- 網路訂房取消注意事項【如預訂14天內之住宿,取消訂房仍依照下方取消規定辦理,無法接受者勿預訂】
- 定金退款依據交通部「個別旅客訂房定型化契約」規定辦理。
- 於預定住宿日14日前(不含住宿當天)告知合歡山退房要求,並且退房成功者即可退還已付定金100%。
- 於預定住宿日10~13日前(不含住宿當天)告知合歡山退房要求,並且退房成功者即可退還已付定金70%。
- 於預定住宿日7~9日前(不含住宿當天)告知合歡山退房要求,並且退房成功者即可退還已付定金50%。
- 於預定住宿日4~6日前(不含住宿當天)告知合歡山退房要求,並且退房成功者即可退還已付定金40%。
- 於預定住宿日2~3日前(不含住宿當天)告知合歡山退房要求,並且退房成功者即可退還已付定金30%。
- 於預定住宿日1日前(不含住宿當天)前告知合歡山退房要求,並且退房成功者即可退還已付定金20%。
- 於預定住宿日當天告知合歡山退房要求,即不退還旅客已付全部定金。
- 如於預定住宿當日經氣象局發布之氣象報告如大雨特報、豪雨特報、颱風海上警報、地震、道路不通或因下雪路面結冰等不可抗拒因素,當日得申請退還已繳定金全額,如事先已完成申請退訂者,依定型化契約退款。
- 退款手續每十日為一旬辦理整批退款,整體作業時間需約30個工作天,不便之處,尚祈見諒。
- 填寫退款資料請確實,以避免造成退款不成功,若因資料有誤造成退匯,重新匯款手續費需由收款人負擔。
- 扣款定金之發票,將先以會員mail寄送發票開立通知,如有中獎將另行寄送紙本發票至會員住址。發票如需更改請於開立通知後三天內(含開立當日)來電告知。
- 扣款定金發票開立時間為每月1、11、21日開立,遇假日則延至上班日開立。
- The room will be released after the order is cancelled. If you remit the money after the order is cancelled, the order will not be established.
- Please be noted:
If the reservation is made within 14 days prior to arrival, cancellation terms would be applied. The cancellation fee will be charged. Please check the complete cancellation terms below. If you can not accept it, please do not book. - Deposit refunds are made in accordance with the Ministry of Transportation and Communications’ Individual Booking and Reservation Standard Form Contract.
- If the cancellation request is made to administration 14 days before the scheduled date of stay (not including the check-in day) and the cancellation is accepted, 100% of the paid deposit will be refunded.
- If the cancellation is requested 10 to 13 days before the scheduled check-in date (not including the check-in day), and the cancellation is accepted, 70% of the paid deposit will be refunded.
- If the cancellation is requested 7 to 9 days before the scheduled check-in date (not including the check-in day), and the cancellation is accepted, 50% of the paid deposit will be refunded.
- If the cancellation is requested 4 to 6 days before the scheduled check-in date (not including the check-in day), and the cancellation is accepted, 40% of the paid deposit will be refunded.
- If the cancellation is requested 2 to 3 days before the scheduled check-in date (not including the check-in day), and the cancellation is accepted, 30% of the paid deposit will be refunded.
- If the cancellation is requested 1 days before the scheduled check-in date (not including the check-in day), and the cancellation is accepted, 20% of the paid deposit will be refunded.
- If the cancellation is made on the day of the scheduled stay, there will be no refund for any part of the deposit.
- If the Weather Bureau issues a warning for force majeure conditions (such as heavy rain, torrential rain, typhoon warning, earthquake, road blockage, snow/ice, etc.) for the scheduled check-in day, a full refund of paid deposit may be applied.
- Refunds are processed in a single batch monthly, and the total processing time is approximately 60 working days; please forgive us for any inconvenience this might cause.
- Please be sure to fill in the refund information to avoid the refund being unsuccessful. If the information is incorrect and the remittance is refunded, the remittance fee will be borne by the payee.
- For the invoice of the deduction deposit, the invoice issuance notification will be sent by member mail first, and if there is a prize winning, a paper invoice will be sent to the member's address separately. If the invoice needs to be changed, please call to inform within three days after the issuance notice (including the day of issuance).
- Deduction deposit invoices are issued on the 1st, 11th, and 21st of each month, and will be issued on the working day if it is a holiday.

違規停權 Suspension for violation of rights
- 如訂房無按照規則或利用不當訂房行為且足以影響眾人權益者,我們將取消訂房資格,並列為黑名單拒絕接受訂房。
- 依IP、帳號,一個月內訂單取消達5次則停權半年。
- 訂房後無入住達3次則停權半年。
- 本分署保留相關解釋權利。
※本住宿停權規定於112年10月02日公告,112年11月01日實施。
- Reservations made against this policy/regulation , or other inappropriate booking behaviors that affect the rights of others will result in the revocation of reservation-making rights and be put on a blacklist against any future reservations.
- Depending on the IP and account number, if the order is canceled five times within a month, the rights will be suspended for half a year.
- If you do not check in for 3 times after booking, you will be suspended for half a year.

- 依據交通部「個別旅客訂房定型化契約範本」規定修訂之。
- 如於預定住宿當日經氣象局發布之氣象報告如大雨特報、豪雨特報、颱風警報、地震、道路不通或因下雪路面結冰等不可抗拒因素,得申請退還已繳定金全額。
- 如因個人因素不克前來,且已繳款確定,須退訂者,為保障您的權益,請於住宿日 14日前上本網站至訂房系統申請退訂,以免扣款。
- 若您已訂房成功並繳費之後,因故需要退訂,請至網路上申請退款(原申請訂房之訂單),申請退款時退款帳號必須與退訂者為同一人,以避免退款失敗的情形發生。
- 如訂房無按照規則或利用不當訂房行為且足以影響眾人權益者,我們將取消訂房資格,並列為黑名單拒絕接受訂房。
- 住宿已開出發票,如需更換,請於開立後三日內(含開立當日)更換,逾期恕不更換。

- These rules are modified in accordance with the Ministry of Transportation and Communications’ Individual Booking and Reservation Standard Form Contract.
- If the Weather Bureau issues a warning for force majeure conditions (such as heavy rain, torrential rain, typhoon warning, earthquake, road blockage, snow/ice, etc.) for the scheduled check-in day, a full refund of paid deposit may be applied.
- If a cancellation is made due to personal factors after paying the deposit, please log in to the booking system to apply for the cancellation 14 days before the scheduled check-in date to avoid any deductions.
- If a cancellation is made due to other reasons after paying the deposit, please apply for a refund online (using the original reservation order). The account receiving the refund must be for the same person as the one canceling the reservation to avoid refund failure.
- Reservations made against this policy/regulation , or other inappropriate booking behaviors that affect the rights of others will result in the revocation of reservation-making rights and be put on a blacklist against any future reservations.
- The accommodation has already issued an invoice. If you need to replace it, please do so within three days (including the date of issuance) after the issuance. Overdue will not be replaced.
- The Administration reserves the right to amend any of these rules/policies/regulations.
